According to a new report from Bloomberg, Apple Vision Pro may soon receive an update introducing Apple Intelligence to the headset. The first Apple Intelligence features began rolling out to iPhone, iPad, and Mac last fall, providing functions like notification summaries, ChatGPT integration for Siri, and Genmoji over the past few months. However, Apple's AI has not yet been applied to Vision Pro. According to Mark Gurman, this could change with the visionOS 2.4 update, and sources say that Apple Intelligence and a new app for viewing spatial media like 3D images and panoramas could be released in April. The first Apple Intelligence features to be introduced to Vision Pro are reported to include Writing Tools, Genmoji, and Image Playground. Gurman reported that developers may be able to access these features in beta "as early as this week." However, he advises not to expect major changes to Siri on Vision Pro yet. According to Gurman, the company's planned "major AI overhaul" for the assistant has been delayed.
