이 PM은 “차세대 AI는 ‘인간과 비슷한 수준의 지능’을 가지도록 개발한다는 목표로 성능과 소통이라는 두 가지 주제를 가지고 추진되고 있다”며 “데이터 싸움으로는 미국과 중국의 상대가 안되는 상황에서 소량의 학습데이터를 이용한 효율성 제고, 딥러닝 결과를 인간의 지식과 결합해 활용 범위를 확장하는 확장성 제고, 추론하며 학습되지 않은 지식을 학습하는 자동 진화를 통해 딥러닝의 한계 극복하는 알고리즘을 만드는데 중점을 두고 있다”고 설명했다.

Among the investors were Yahoo! co-founder Jerry Yang and Raquel Urtasun, a former head of AI research at Uber. The company is launching a new AI-powered product with an eye toward deep document analysis. The new product, a “neural” search engine, can look over billions of documents at once.

In “Do As I Can, Not As I Say: Grounding Language in Robotic Affordances”, we present a novel approach, developed in partnership with Everyday Robots, that leverages advanced language model knowledge to enable a physical agent, such as a robot, to follow high-level textual instructions for physically-grounded tasks, while grounding the language model in tasks that are feasible within a specific real-world context. We evaluate our method, which we call PaLM-SayCan, by placing robots in a real kitchen setting and giving them tasks expressed in natural language.

틱톡, 인공지능 이미지 생성기 출시

TikTok has rolled out a new in-app text-to-image AI generator. The effect is called ‘AI greenscreen’ and can be accessed via the short-form video app’s camera screen. It lets users type in a prompt and receive an image that can be used as the background in their videos.
