미국, AI 반도체 '중국' 수출 제한 검토

Reports have surfaced that the United States will restrict AI semiconductor exports to China. The WSJ reported that U.S. AI semiconductor manufacturers will have to obtain prior authorization to export to China. Nvidia is already banned from exporting its most advanced AI semiconductors, such as the A100. It is understood that the new regulation will block all low-performance semiconductors such as the A800 made for export to China.

중국이 세계 최초로 뇌를 뚫지 않는 비침습적 방식으로 ‘원숭이’ 뇌와 컴퓨터를 동기화시키는 실험에 성공했다. 중국 기술진들은 두개골에 직접 전극을 넣는 대신, 뇌혈관 벽에 심장 스텐트같은 것을 사용하는 최소 침습 시술 방식으로 뇌에 뇌파 전위(電位) 기록 장치를 넣었다.그 결과 원숭이들이 생각만으로 로봇 팔을 조종할 수 있도록 능동적 명령을 내릴 수 있었다고 밝혔다.
