Gotham Greens has raised $310 million in a new round of funding. The New York-based greenhouse firm is building three new greenhouses in three different states. The company says it expects to operate 13 of these farms by next year, comprising a total of 40 acres. The firm is trying to trade concentrated agricultural centers for growing spots near major cities.
