Nvidia has formed a partnership with global real estate firm CBRE to expand AI infrastructure through data center solutions business. This collaboration focuses on supporting Nvidia's AI data center development in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Nvidia has added CBRE to its partner network (NPN) as a solution advisor consultant. Through its data center consulting business, CBRE helps clients find colocation facilities with appropriate power, cooling, and network capacity for AI-ready data centers, and provides unique operational and logistics capabilities for GPU deployment. A Nvidia spokesperson clarified that this partnership is based on CBRE's data center solutions business, not its commercial real estate business.
