HP Inc. agreed to buy Poly, a maker of workplace communications products, for $1.7 billion in a bet on the rise of hybrid work. HP will pay $40 cash for each outstanding share of Poly, a premium of more than 50% from its closing price Friday. The companies valued the deal for Poly, formerly known as Plantronics, at $3.3 billion, including debt.
SpaceX will no longer build new vehicles for its Crew Dragon spacecraft. The company has launched four Crew Dragons to the International Space Station so far. The Crew Dragons are designed to carry four astronauts to and from the ISS. SpaceX will continue to fly the spacecraft, but will not build new parts for the vehicles.
TikTok is testing a watch history tool, according to a Twitter user. The feature would allow people to see a list of videos that appeared in their feed. It's unclear how many people currently have access to the test. The company declined to provide details about the feature.
SAP is closing down its cloud services in Russia. The move is in alignment with sanctions against Russia by the U.S. and European countries. The software giant had previously halted sales of its services and products to Russia and its ally Belarus. But the company's cloud-based services continued to be available in Russia, Reuters reported.

Apple is expected to release an iPad Pro with the rumored M2 chip sometime between September and November. The new model will supposedly include support for MagSafe charging. Apple last updated the iPad Pro in 2018 with a design with harder corners and an edge-to-edge display.
Instagram is reportedly working on a way to send voice messages to Stories. A developer shared a screenshot of the new interface feature. Instagram recently introduced private likes as an additional way to interact with Stories. It's not clear if the new feature will be added to the app in the future.
London police arrested seven teenagers in connection with a data extortion gang. The group, Lapsus$, has been involved in a series of cyberattacks in the past month. None of the seven arrested have been formally charged, a police spokeswoman said. Bloomberg reported Wednesday that cybersecurity researchers traced the attacks to a 16-year-old living at his mother’s house.
