Facebook parent company Meta is facing concerns about job security due to a series of mass layoffs and a lack of executive leadership. "Meta used to be one of the most envied companies in Silicon Valley, but employee morale is suffering," said one insider, expressing concerns about job security. Meta laid off 12,000 people last November in a cost-cutting move, and announced another 9,000 layoffs last month.
