AltStore PAL, a recently beta-tested third-party iOS app store, has officially launched in European Union (EU) countries. This was made possible by Apple's compliance with the region's Digital Markets Act (DMA), which still requires an annual subscription fee of €1.5 (plus VAT) to cover Apple's Core Technology License Fee (CTF) for the app market installation itself. AltStore PAL will debut two apps from developer Riley Testut, best known for his Game Boy Advance emulator GBA4iOS. The first is Delta, an emulator that lets you play NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Game Boy, Game Boy Advance, and Nintendo DS games, The second is Clip, a clipboard manager banned by Apple. Delta will also be released on the Apple App Store today in all regions outside of Europe.

AltStore PAL에는 게임보이 어드밴스 에뮬레이터인 GBA4iOS로 유명한 개발자 라일리 테스투트(Riley Testut)가 개발한 두 개의 앱이 처음으로 공개된다. 첫 번째는 NES, SNES, 닌텐도 64, 게임보이, 게임보이 어드밴스, 닌텐도 DS 게임을 플레이할 수 있는 에뮬레이터 델타(Delta)이고, 두 번째는 애플에서 금지된 클립보드 관리자 클립(Clip)이다. 델타는 유럽 이외의 모든 지역에서 오늘 애플 앱 스토어에도 출시될 예정이다.
