CIA Director William Burns and Russian counterpart Sergei Naryshkin met in Ankara. It is the highest-level public meeting since Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February. The White House said Mr Burns was not negotiating the end of the war. He was speaking about the risk of nuclear weapons use by Russia and the risk to stability. The US also discussed the issue of American prisoners held "unjustly" in Russia.

당뇨병 환자들은 주사를 통해서만 인슐린을 투여받을 수 밖에 없다. 인슐린이 단백질이기에 경구(입으로)투약하면 위산(胃酸)에 녹고 소장까지 가려면 점액질로 인해 방해를 받는다. 미국 매사추세츠공대(MIT)연구진이 점액질의 방해를 뚫고 소장까지 내려가서 당뇨환자에게 인슐린을 투여해 주는 로봇알약을 개발했다.
